Who operates this directory
WorkToolMap is an independent online tool directory. Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to contact@worktoolmap.com.
When you browse
Pages are delivered through Cloudflare. Its infrastructure receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, including network and browser information. We do not use advertising trackers or session replay at launch.
We count a small set of events: tool-page views, official-site clicks, searches, searches with no results and received submissions. Our application stores daily totals and the relevant listing identifier, rather than a visitor profile. Full search terms, email addresses and submission text are not stored in these analytics. Browser Do Not Track is respected for optional client-side event counts. Counts may include bots or miss blocked events and are not unique-user measurements.
When you submit or contact us
Tool suggestions include the product name, website and your contact email, plus optional details you provide. Corrections include the listing, your message, email and an optional source. We use these details to review requests, maintain listings and respond where appropriate. Submission emails and internal review notes are private. Factual product information may be edited and published.
Email to contact@worktoolmap.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to the editor’s private inbox. We keep submissions and correspondence as needed to handle reviews, corrections and follow-up. You can request removal of your contact details; we may keep public product facts and a minimal record necessary to document an editorial change.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and database and supplies Turnstile for form-abuse prevention. Turnstile may process device and network signals to verify requests. Administrator sign-in uses Cloudflare Access and essential authentication cookies. Short-lived, keyed hashes of network addresses are used for application rate limits; raw network addresses are not saved in our application database for that purpose.
Service-provider processing may take place in countries outside your own. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices. We do not sell submission contact details.
External websites
Opening a listed tool takes you to another operator’s website. Its policies and security practices apply there. WorkToolMap does not receive the files you upload to those tools.
Your choices
You may browse without submitting anything. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information you sent us, email the contact address above and identify the relevant request. Do not include identity documents or passwords. This notice will be updated when the service’s data practices change.
